  Cardiff Transition Project
Posted on Thursday, June 21 @ 20:10:11 BST by max.wallis

Cardiff Cycling Campaign Matters jiggers writes "The first meeting of the Cardiff Transition Project will be held on the 22nd of June, from 18:00 in the Riverside Community centre.

This project is about moving Cardiff away from the use of oil on the assumption that peak oil has been reached or will be reached in the near future. Even if it the assumption is false this looks like an opportunity to get more people interested in cycling and promoting cycling.

Cycling should be on the agenda as I have requested it and have been told there will be an item.

If you are interested in attending then please contact Mark Chapman at cardiff_transition_project@hotmail.co.uk"
